Jayem is known as a "teacher's teacher", he "...embodies a 'power in God, and a humility before Him' that endears him to me" (Alan Cohen, author). From his own spiritual awakening as a young soldier in Vietnam, he has passionately delved into "...what it means to be both human and divine, and has emerged with wisdom that can change your life." (Dr. Gay Hendricks).

His background is in yoga, meditation, and integral psychology. He has a deep fondness for the mystical traditions, and for the "hidden Jesus", whom he honors as his "guru and wayshower", and Who has been his principal Teacher through mystical encounter for the past seventeen years. He loves to draw on, and reveal the astonishing truths and practices in the original Aramaic teachings of Jesus, so radically beyond the translations we are all used to. He is equally at ease discussing spirituality and quantum physics, integral psychology, and especially with his first love: the poetry of the soul. Laughter, dance, play, and Breath are essential aspects of his Work.

Jayem is known internationally for his highly developed skill at communicating Truth in ways that are immediately accessible, and immediately applicable to each individual's own, precious life. equally at ease before a large audience as a captivating, yet practical teacher, or intimately in small group Intensives or private sessions, Jayem can 'see' the journey, the obstacle, and the way of dissolving it, and skillfully leads others into the wisdom and ways whereby they discover how to be the 'source' of their own unfolding, co-creating ever more deeply, with God. Quite simply, he is a rare teacher who actually shows, teaches, and awakens in others, the actual way of enlightenment, healing, and the flowering of soul.
