The Crown Mysteries II

To expose a fearfully hidden mutilation is not an attack but a step towards healing. But to allow that mutilation to remain hidden because its exposure is feared, is to allow both the fear and the mutilation both to remain. The ego’s pretense of benign normality is a desperate attempt to conceal the intolerable madness that knows it’s very existence is an absolute fraud. Only the monstrous masculinity of viciously aggressive deceit could sustain such a fragile charade, hence making the fragility of feminine tenderness a mortal threat. And so masculinity has been caricatured into a horrific travesty of cruelty and torture, and femininity bludgeoned lifeless to neutralize the dreadful peril it’s feared to be. If you’re brave and still want to stay and still want to listen, then shift from your ego to your Real Self of pure awareness and resolve to disregard the ego when it shrieks in terror. Just stay centered in your Reality Self as pure awareness and the fears will evaporate and you’ll be immensely liberated for having had the courage to take the journey. Peace and joy emerge when terror is exposed as nothing. Keep concealing the terror and you’re only reward is a diffuse anxiety that ruins your life but can’t be resolved because to know its source is forbidden. If this ominous warning hasn’t scared you off, then you’ve passed the entrance requirement, and I wholeheartedly welcome you to Crown Mysteries II – The Science and Art of Unbridled Creativity.

Sex is both the doorway to ecstatic mystical experience and an expression of the spiritual force itself. An unencumbered sexual orgasm can leave your Awareness clear, innocent and fresh. It is in these moments of expanded Awareness that you can uncover and declare a fuller manifestation of a spiritual attribute of Truth into the harmonious fabric of the universe that surrounds you. In ecstasy, you come very close to the universal source, the Creative womb out of which all things arise. This is what we’ll be exploring in this talk.

Basic Review of male/female dynamics

The union of a male and a female in the physical world that can give birth to babies is symbolic of the fusion of masculinity and femininity, within an individual that can give birth to creativity. The process of creativity always involves the masculinity that can intend and initiate that which is to be created together the femininity that can accept and nurture what was initiated into full expression.

If the masculine initiative is impotent, nothing gets initiated for feminine receptivity to nurture, and if the feminine receptivity is barren, nothing masculinity initiates ever gets nurtured. So there’s no creativity in either case. And there’s no androgynous awareness as an ability to notice. Such people are dull. They don’t notice anything other than what’s on their one track mind.

The masculine characteristics of initiative, action and power, and the feminine characteristics of acceptance, receptivity, and nurturance, are inherently innate and balanced in every individual no matter how much one or the other is denied and repressed. Everyone is just as innately both masculine and feminine. And hence everyone has maximum potential for creativity. All that’s required is that they let go of the psychological factors that led to the denial and repression so that their wholeness can come into full view, accessibility and expression.

So, feel your masculine nature, your innate masculine characteristics of initiative, assertion and power, and notice if they stir up any resistance or judgment. And now simply let go of that judgment or resistance. And now, feel your feminine nature, your innate feminine characteristics of receptivity, sensitivity and nurturance, and notice if they stir up any judgment or resistance. And now simply let go of that judgment or resistance. (run twice)

In the Crown Mysteries, you discover the sacred marriage between your inner man and your inner woman.

“The archetype of androgyny appears in us as an innate sense of a primordial cosmic unity, having existed in oneness or wholeness before any separation was made.” (June Singer in her book, “Androgyny”)

The Androgyne consciously accepts the interplay of the masculine and feminine aspects of the individual psyche. One is the complement of the other, in the same sense that the active, probing sperm is the complement of the waiting, yielding ovum. In conception, the two principles are combined; in the individual, the active and receptive natures coexist and resonate throughout one’s life. For males or females to reach their full creative potential, they have to develop the attributes of the opposite sex enough to bring both dynamics into full balance and expression. Anything at all that prevents or interferes with this happening is the source of the most tragic mutilation possible to inflict on a human being. Yet our culture to this day still looks upon such a balance with a jaundiced eye. Most people devoid of spiritual understanding perceive male and female in a literal sense. This prevents them from seeing the spiritual reality of Androgyny. It is the spiritual component of Androgyny that we all must achieve in order to engage spiritual Creativity. Everyone knows that it takes the male and female principle in order to birth life, likewise it takes the spiritual principle of the same to birth any kind of Creation. A balance of emotional masculinity and femininity makes us psychologically Androgynous. We become spiritually Androgynous when the masculinity of our Spiritual eye becomes one with the spiritual femininity of our psyche. We’ll be doing an exercise that will join them a little later in this talk.

If you are an Androgynous male, you have all the faculties and predispositions that accompany that gender plus all of the emotions, thought patterns, and subconscious imagery that a female has as well. The same is true (in reverse) of Androgynous females.

Androgynes are the most Creative individuals on the planet. To them, sexuality is nothing more than an extension of their spiritual being. Today, as we are approaching the greatest awakening of spiritual knowledge and accessibility that the world has ever known, the Androgynes are being called into service. All over the world they are "awakening" and becoming aware of their giftedness. Many in this room are already Androgynes in full bloom. Other’s are just starting to blossom. Others yet are buds still tight with immense creative potential. For some, these talks will be enough to get the ball rolling. The Holy Spirit will then be able to lead them through the particular terrain unique to each one. Exceptionally fruitful creativity and joy is the reward of following Holy Spirit’s Guidance into fully balanced Androgyny, rewards that are always abundantly shared and therefore a great blessing to many. It’s time now for many more to follow that path. The ACIM community is rapidly moving from being star-studded to being star-flooded. When David Fishman keeps telling us we’re all the same, he’s most certainly not suggesting we all humiliate to a level terrain of homogenously benign mediocrity, but rather that we uncover the brilliant spiritual radiance that is naturally the same in every Son and Daughter of God.

The essential Identity exercise

In order to succeed with Crown Mysteries we need to sharpen our understanding about shifting from the ego to your Real Self. I know many of you have been through this before, but now it’s essential for our understanding to become much more precise.

In order to build a clear example, we’ll just work with the impression we’ll say you have that you are a body. Regress to that if need be, to facilitate this example. For the sake of this example, let’s say you think you’re a body. And you have many body impressions to prove it. You believe you’re a body and the body impressions are just you feeling what it feels like to be the body that you are. You believe that you’re having body impressions because you are a body. It seems to make perfect sense. Why else would you be feeling like a body unless you were a body?

Ok, so that’s what it means to identify as a body. It’s interpreting body sensations to mean that you’re the body you’re sensing. So, because of the body sensations, you’re not just believing you’re a body, you’re experiencing yourself as a body, you’re aware of yourself as a body. Now watch this very closely. The shift takes place when you notice that you’re aware of yourself as being a body. You are then aware of being aware of yourself as being a body. You’re noticing that the experience of yourself as a body can’t happen unless you’re aware of it, and to be aware of it you have to be the ability to be aware of it, and the ability to be aware is awareness, so you have to be awareness in order to be aware of experiencing yourself as a body.

To think you’re a body is to think that you’re something other than awareness. But once that shift occurs, it has then become clear to you that before you can be aware of being something other than awareness, you have to be the awareness that can be aware of that. Before you can be aware of being a body, you have to be the awareness that can be aware of that. You have to be awareness in the first place, before you can be aware of being something other than awareness. You always have to be awareness in the first place before you can think you’re anything else, no matter what ego identity anything else might be.

So you’re never actually the ego you might experience yourself to be because you first must be the awareness that can experience yourself as an ego. No matter how completely you may experience yourself to actually be an ego, there’s no way that that experience can occur unless you in the first place exist as the awareness that can have such an experience. Then what you thought you were is no longer what you think you are any more, but just something you were aware of.

And whatever you’re aware of is nothing that you are but just something you’re aware of. So what if you’re aware of a hippopotamus, it’s not what you are but just something you’re aware of. The only time you could ever be what you’re aware of is when you’re aware of being awareness itself, because being awareness itself is always what you must be before you’re aware of anything else. You’re always you’re real self as pure awareness and anything besides that, that you ever may be aware of being, is always just something you’re aware of, and not something you can actually be, just like being aware of a hippopotamus never makes you a hippopotamus.

But this takes practice. It takes the practice of continually backing up out of whatever you’re aware of into the awareness that must exist in the first place for you to be aware of it. Lift your spiritual vision from what you’re aware of to the awareness that’s aware of it, the pure awareness that is always the exact same pure awareness no matter what it’s ever aware of, the pure awareness that can always stay perfectly still and serene and watch whatever may float by for observation.

This is not something you achieve. It’s simply something that you notice. You’ve already achieved it, you can’t help but achieve it, you can’t help but be awareness in the first place before you can be aware of anything else. But it’s when you notice that, that you are then free of whatever you may happen to be aware of.

So do it now, move away from the periphery of all that you’re aware of back into the center of your awareness, the center of the cyclone, pure awareness itself, back up from the periphery of what is known, to the central knower, awareness aware of itself, and accept that as what you are.

When you shift from the ego to your Real Self, this is what you do.

Noticing is androgynous awareness. It is both a male action and a female receptivity. It’s the masculine act of being aware, together with the feminine acceptance of the awareness that results. Awareness that is both active and passive at one and the same time. The masculine act and the feminine occurrence of noticing. Noticing. Androgynous awareness. Notice your awareness. In our the identity exercise we just did, awareness was asleep in its feminine receptivity until awakened by the masculine act of being noticed. Noticing awareness is awareness actively aware of receptive awareness. Awareness aware of awareness. Awareness in androgynous resonance. Keep practicing it and exploring it and you’ll find it to be the highest and most pristine ecstasy, pure bliss.

Thoughts simply yearn to be noticed. Thoughts and awareness are vastly different things. Thoughts are what awareness is aware of, awareness is what is aware of them. Thoughts simply yearn to be noticed. That’s all they ever want. Just notice a thought fully for one pure moment and it’s reason for being is fulfilled, and if you then allow your attention to be feminine and passive the thought will just float away. But if your awareness of a thought is not pure notice, but is contaminated with judgment or resistance then you’re fighting with the thought which only intensifies the thought’s effort to get noticed with an accepting rather than a rejecting awareness.

Noticing is the tenuous balance between focused activity and total surrender. Viewed in its androgynous wholeness, it is the focused activity of total surrender

Watching with Pure Awareness

Approach everything sexually. The sexual approach is dilation and merge, which is only possible to pure awareness. The prudish approach is constriction and defense, which is the only thing possible to the ego. So even shifting from ego to pure awareness turns out to be the sexy thing to do!

If you have fear, don’t constrict and defend against it. Don’t scheme to defeat it. If you will just accept it and don't bother about it, it will disappear. And this is the inner alchemy ¯ a problem disappears if you accept it, and a problem grows more and more complex if you fight with it. With fear, hate, jealousy, anything whatsoever, don't create a problem out of it. Accept it, allow it, pass through it, and you will defeat all suffering. When you allow it to happen, and you don't escape or run, suddenly you become aware, you notice, that suffering is there on the periphery as if happening to someone else, not to you, and you are looking at it. Watching it. Observing it. A subtle joy spreads all over your being because you have realized one of the basic truths of life, that you are bliss and not suffering.

As often as it occurs to you to do so, shift from ego identification to pure awareness, the observer self. When you watch suffering from pure awareness, suddenly you are not the sufferer, and you start enjoying. Through suffering you become aware of the opposite pole, the blissful inner being. Watch. Return to the source, get centered in pure awareness, your Real Self. Then, suddenly, there is no suffering and only ecstasy exists. If you stay on the periphery, that’s where the ego beliefs all swarm, and there’s no bliss, but just suffering. But if you keep moving back to your center of pure awareness, there’s no suffering, only ecstasy.

Simply be pure awareness, observing, watching, and the mind and all it’s thoughts starts dispersing as though awareness were a light dispersing darkness. Pure awareness, infinite emptiness, immensely beautiful, perfectly silent, luminous, fragrant, divine.

Practice shifting from identifying with ego to identifying with pure awareness as often as you can, all the time, no matter what you’re doing. Why do anything less. To do anything less is to remain identified with the ego, which is to give the ego carte blanche to evoke havoc. Why allow that, when you’re Real Self as pure awareness is always so effortlessly available?

As you practice this and become more and more aware, you’ll notice that thoughts will disappear more and more quickly, they’ll simply melt in it’s presence, because awareness is a greater energy than thought.

This is very important, because whenever a person becomes interested in meditation she usually starts trying to stop thinking. And if you try to stop thoughts they will never be stopped, because the very effort to stop a thought, is a thought, and how can you stop a thought by another thought? Don't fight, or you are simply making yourself one thought fighting another. Rather, simply observe, just watch thoughts floating. They will stop, but not by your stopping them. They stop by your becoming more aware. Just be pure awareness. If thoughts come, good, don't feel bad -- because even a slight feeling that it is not good means that you have started fighting. It's okay, and if they don't come, that’s ok too. You simply remain an impartial observer, neither for nor against, neither appreciating nor condemning -- without any valuation – without any judgment. You simply sit inside yourself and observe, watch. And the more you look, the less you find; the thoughts disappear, disperse. Once you know this, then the key is in your hand. And this key unlocks the most secret phenomenon: the phenomenon of awakening. Great truths take time to sink in. And this is the greatest of all, that you all are almost awake. It is impossible for your mind to accept it. You can accept a Jesus Christ, a Buddha, a Zarathustra, a Lao Tzu. But not you, yourself.

You are the center of the cyclone, but you are too often not aware of your center. Become aware of your center, your pure awareness.

I go on telling you this again and again. Why do I say it again and again? So that it can sink in. It takes time, and repetition. Now you repeat it. Keep doing it. Until you’re always identifying as your Real Self. Until identifying as your Real Self becomes deeper and deeper, more and more vivid, more and more ecstatic, blissful, loving and all-encompassing. That’s both the peak and the fountain of all creativity.

Creativity and Spiritual Growth

The Crown Mysteries is all about Creativity. It deals with sexuality simply because sexual energy is essential to Creativity. Creativity is always driven by sexual energy – always.

What is most important to understand is that whereas sexual energy is essential to Creativity, Creativity is essential to spiritual growth. Spiritual growth is always driven by Creativity – always.

The reason for this is that spiritual growth entails the unveiling of Divine reality. All types of spiritual attainment, such as revelation, Divine realization, spiritual inspiration, receiving Guidance from the Holy Spirit, giving or receiving Love, identification with one’s True Identity or Real Self, Dissolving erroneous beliefs by seeing through them to Truth, healing, forgiveness, Peace, illumination, revelation, happiness, seeing the presence of God in others, grace, synchronicity and serendipity, miracles and communion with God --- all of these are various ways in which our oneness with God is unveiled. To create is to unveil. It’s bringing Divinity into view, not in to existence. God’s existence is already infinite. Creativity is the process of unveiling it.

The Androgynous resonance of masculine intention and feminine receptivity in creativity, is always a masculine reaching or envisioning towards divinity along with a feminine receptivity to the actual Divine content such envisioning is reaching towards. So, sexual energy drives Creativity which in turn drives spiritual attainment.

Someone might say, oh, no, my Creativity or the lack of it is entirely irrelevant. All my spiritual experience comes from listening to the Holy Spirit. Well, your intention is absolutely correct, but it can be helpful to realize that listening to the Holy Spirit is a Creative process, it is an act of Creativity, it occurs because and only because you have enough access to your innate masculinity to intend to listen and enough innate femininity to be receptive to and accept what you hear as a result of listening, and to whatever extent your access to either your innate masculinity or innate femininity is impaired or blocked, to that extent your ability to listen to the Holy Spirit will be similarly impaired or blocked. And this is a very real and vivid fact of life in our spiritual community. I know many people who feel very insecure about receiving Guidance from the Holy Spirit, convinced that they don’t know how to do it right, or that they are unable to clearly hear or receive any Guidance that may be offered, or uncertain that any ideas that may occur after asking are really from the Holy Spirit and not simply something that their ego is thinking up. This need not be. Everyone, regardless of the extent of their spiritual training, should enjoy the Holy Spirit’s Guidance all the time, with absolute ease, confidence and certainty. Unlocking your inner creativity is the key to making this happen.

Now most of you already know what I’m about to say, but we still sometimes lapse back into older habits of thought. The Spiritual Creativity of Crown Mysteries does not see God or Holy Spirit as a separate external being that transmits the information that constitutes Guidance by expressing a Voice that is received by the individual because the individual has asked for Guidance and is listening in order to receive it. We need to adopt a metaphor that is more in alignment with the Truth. Divine Guidance entails opening up to God instead of the ego. But God is absolutely immanent and not even slightly external.

The metaphor that Crown Mysteries suggests is very simple. Your masculinity affirms that God is, and then your femininity accepts that God is, and in the fusion of both, God is unveiled within you as an immanent, living presence, a consequence of God’s reality being both reached for (masculine) and accepted (feminine). With God’s reality being an immanent, living presence, whatever is needed at the time in the way of intution, insight, illumination, realization, revelation, or guidance is similarly present in a living, immanent way.

Disabled sex, creativity & spirituality

Now look at this clearly. Disabled Creativity disables spiritual progress and disabled sexuality disables Creativity, and disabled, maimed, distorted, repressed, denied, perverted, feared, abused, misused, misunderstood, misperceived, blocked, misconstrued, slandered, concealed, lied about, dysfunctional, imbalanced, frustrated, impotent, frigid, maligned, hated, twisted, condemned sexuality is the most widespread and deeply entrenched pathological disorder that afflicts the human race. Wilhelm Reich called it the emotional plague, and he was absolutely right. It’s the ego’s most successful castration of spiritual growth because the ego’s got so many people supporting that castration in the name of spiritual well-being.

To better understand the necessity of balancing masculinity and femininity within each individual, notice the obvious results if one or the other is disabled.

The womanly woman is passive, receptive, accepting, nurturing, but not of anything that she herself intends, so her nurturing acceptance must always be at the service of others, making her a doormat at best and a slave at worst, or worst yet an entirely dysfunctional basket case of no benefit either to herself or to anyone else.

The manly man is bristling with assertive intention and forceful initiative. But all his intentions and initiatives that would be of a Creative nature, instead of being accepted and nurtured by him to their full fruition, maturity and completeness, they are callously, impatiently and insensitively abandoned by him and nothing becomes of them. Furious that his grandiose and egotistical assertiveness falls impotent, yet with an intense denial, repression and aversion of the innate femininity that would render him Creative, he turns his assertiveness to aggressive destructiveness where it produces the vivid and grandiose results that his egotism craves, and so he further infects the planet with another manly man waging destructive war in boardrooms, in politics, in military combat, in domestic violence and so on.

It is said, within the Fundamentalist Judeo-Christian traditions, that the sign of the "end-times" is when Androgyny proliferates. The predictions of destruction and catastrophe that have been attached to this coming time of Transformation are expressions of the POLARIZED MALE ego’s fear about acceptance and outward acknowledgement of his internal feminine side. The male ego is in such a profound state of pathological deformity that it would rather see the world destroyed than to discover the inner femininity that would restore it’s wholeness. Fortunately, those of us who are willing to balance ourselves back into our natural Androgyny will embrace these terrified fellows with the patience, forgiveness and compassion that will heal them of the traumatic mutilation they’ve suffered in the face of society’s monstrous gender schizophrenia. We can then all advance towards the Great Awakening with the luminous Creativity essential to that spiritual ascent.

As you can see, I’m very deliberately stirring up the muck, but it’s not because I like to make you squirm, but because it’s the muck that keeps you stuck. It’s so longstanding and deep that it’s impacted and needs to be stirred up in order to be released.

So let’s again take a moment to release any negative feelings we may have about sex. Close your eyes, and notice if you feel any discomfort about sexuality right now. Watch it as pure awareness. Notice how it dissolves.

Now, also, again, consider your internal balance of masculine and feminine characteristics. Are there any fears or other negative feelings connected with restoring and expressing such a balance. Let go of trying to change or control those feelings. Just notice them with pure awareness.

Let’s be clear about something. The world is not the ego’s attack against God. The ego’s perception of the world is. But the world itself, just like all reality, is as pure and holy as God Himself, because it is God Herself. God made flowers to remind us of this, because no one would be so demented as to think that pansies, daffodils and petunias are part of the ego’s vicious attack on God.

The plant world has a different view about sex than mankind does. Flowers are a plant’s genitals. Beautiful photographs of flowers that you proudly hang on your walls = it’s nothing but plant pornography, plant obscenity at it’s worst, plant genitalia shamelessly flaunted, and we’re so morally debased as to snap pictures of them. But that’s our attitude; switch to the plant’s attitude of pure innocence. I want you to adopt the same attitude about sex as plants have.

Think of your favorite flower. Realize that the flower is the sexual organ of the plant. Notice how the flower relishes and celebrates its sexuality with uninhibited delight, innocence, purity, pride, joy and exuberance. Now consider your own sexuality. Consider how it must be just as beautiful and pure as a flower’s. Consider that it is the seat of all your creativity and Spirituality.

Now consider again how joyously and enthusiastically the flower expresses its sexual creativity. Feel the purely innocent exuberance of your flower’s sexuality. Consider how your own sexuality is clearly even more beautiful and glorious. Now, feel the same way about your own sexuality as the flower does. Christen your sexuality with it’s rightful holiness. Don’t you at least deserve to feel as good about your own sexuality as a flower does about hers and his? Does God want to glorify a flowers creativity in proud celebration but hope you hide yours in denial, darkness, shame or modesty. At long last, embrace the pristine loveliness and pure holiness of your sexuality, the fountain of all your creativity, the very likeness of your creator, the origin of all your love, at long last feel it’s wonderful joyousness. At long last, at long last, Feel the unbridled ecstasy of the Truth.

So let’s take another moment now to release any negative feelings we may have about sex. Shift to pure awareness and simply be aware of the feelings, that’s all, effortless observation.

The deep anatomy of sexual energy

(Nouminal, nouminous = of God’s Mind, Mysterium Tremendum)

Crown Mysteries finds its momentum in surfing the abyss between masculinity and femininity, between intention and acceptance. Between action and surrender, between yin and yang. And what better place to dive in and experience it all than in sexual orgasm? No other human experience demands such a tenuous balance between focused activity and total surrender. And there is such power in it, so much of life in it. To enter this moment with total awareness, to taste the orgasm as meditation, is to invite the abyss within, to taste reality directly. Intimacy with reality brings to the meditator the direct experience of oneness. Not oneness as a concept. Not oneness as an attainment. But oneness as a living reality, as the natural state of the universe, oneness known the way it actually feels, ecstatic rapture.

In order to taste one must take a bite, in order to hear one must listen, to see one must look. All so sexual. To enter and be entered, the weaving of the two bringing forth a third quality that cannot exist with out the other two. The flavor cannot exist without the meeting of the fruit and the mouth . . . the color cannot exist without the meeting of the rainbow and the eye . . . and orgasm itself cannot exist without the meeting of desire and fulfillment. The resonance of male and female polarity reveals the single point of the center and delivers it to the doorway of awareness in every moment of living, in every activity of life. Crown Mysteries simply acknowledges that we are sexual beings in a sexual universe. And that sex holds within it the mystery of life. To enter this mystery, to be entered by it, to become it, is meditation.

Crown Mysteries activates the dynamics of sexual energy through sexual dynamics itself, so that sexual energy arises by it’s own self ignition. We intend and nurture it, and then intend its expansion and nurture that, intending then to deepen it which we nurture as well. The energy itself is the very same interplay of dynamics that ignites and supports its occurrence. Sexual energy is the interplay of intention and nurturance, initially arising and expanding by that same intention and nurturance. It’s arousal is ecstatic because the resonance of intention and nurture evokes a broader and deeper manifestation of being, and being is entirely Divine, and the Divine is entirely blissful and ecstatic.

You initially learn how to do this in higher domains by following the lead of physiological instinct that arises within your body. None of us needed to be taught how to attain a physical orgasm, even though all of us experienced it in a manner that was distorted to some degree by the prevalent cultural atmosphere that sex was something to be ashamed of or guilty about, or at the very least hidden. Nevertheless, it taught us firsthand, even if only dimly, how the interactive, resonant interplay of intention and nurture causes an ascent of pleasure that eventually gives birth to a climax of pleasure that leaps free of our involvement in a fusion of physical ecstasy that has an involuntary life of its own.

So it is when we engage sexual energy in any of the higher domains. In Creativity our masculine intention to create resonates with our feminine openness and acceptance, nurturing the result of that intention and at the same time dilated to receive insight from the numinous, and thus nurturing by allowing the particularity of the intention to draw in a harmonic particularity from the numinous, thereby inspiring the next intended event that is similarly nurtured in a vibrantly alert, empowering and dilating interplay that finally culminates in the deep satisfaction and delight caused by the final completion of the Creation, whether that be a painting, a piece of music, a delicious meal, an essay, an interpersonal encounter, a spiritual healing, and so on.

And, similar to physical sexual arousal, the higher the momentum of Creativity spirals upwards towards eventual completion, the more that momentum takes on a life of its own, the more the phenomenon being created lifts into its own living autonomy, as the creator surrenders more and more to the integrity and detail of the numinally influenced particularity that becomes more and more transcendent and independent of the relatively myopic initial intentions. The initial predominance of masculine intention at the beginning of the process gradually gives way to a predominance of feminine surrender and acceptance that attends the climactic finality of the finished Creation.

In the spiritual domain, the masculine Creative intent is communion with the Divine which is supported and nurtured by an accepting, open and listening attitude towards that which the masculine visioning is reaching for, again following a resonating masculine/feminine interplay until fusion with the Divine takes on one of the many forms through which it can manifest – insight, realization, revelation, healing, peace, joy, love, bliss, rapture, illumination, and so on.

It is in this way that the arousal to sexual orgasm we orchestrate within our bodies, becomes the springboard to transcendence through higher levels of ecstatic Creativity. But that process will be impaired to the extent that we believe that the body is an erroneous phenomenon inherently contrary to truth and spirituality. Such a belief is itself erroneous and contrary to truth. For the body to appear at all, it must have an inherent existence in back and behind an illusory appearance it might have due to our erroneous beliefs about it, and that inherent existence can only be an occasion of Divine awareness because nothing else but Divine awareness can possibly exist. So if there’s anything erroneous about the body, it’s our perceptions of the body that are erroneous and not the body itself. To believe the body itself is inherently erroneous in any way nails you to it by that judgment and curses you with the very same erroneous belief with which you have cursed the body. As with everything else, see what your erroneous perceptions of the body are a lie about, and you’ll find the body to be, like everything else, a manifestation of God’s pure awareness and perfection.

The same goes for sex as well. Any erroneous beliefs and consequent erroneous perceptions you have about the sex that you first discovered in your body is going to stick like barnacles to the sexuality you attempt to experience as various kinds of communion with divinity. And in point of fact, once your beliefs and perception of sex and the body are purely Divine, sex with the body will be just as purely Divine as what you now think are the more sublime expressions of Divine communion. It’s all one. It’s all the same. It’s all Divine. Because divinity is all there is, without any exceptions whatsoever.

You need to love your body, honor your body as the temple of your spirit, be a friend to your body. Learning to relax your body, to accept your body, to love your body is an indispensable, basic and fundamental preparation for Crown Mysteries. Regarding the right perception of and right use of the body, the Holy Spirit’s guidance is as essential as it is all encompassing. T-8.VII.9. 6 The ego's temple thus becomes the temple of the Holy Spirit, where devotion to Him replaces devotion to the ego. 7 In this sense the body does become a temple to God; Her Voice abides in it by directing the use to which it is put.

Regardless of what you believe, for heaven sakes, don't fight life, because that just creates the very problem your fighting intends to solve. Be open to all experience. Be open to new ways of being. You are not only a product of evolution, you are evolving in every moment. Express yourself fully. Get in touch with all sides of yourself: playful, serious, physical, sexual, spiritual, silly, emotional, curious, creative, loving, etc. Be all of it. Stop thinking so much and feel from your heart. When you come from your heart space, meaning centering yourself around love, compassion and empathy, you can transform yourself and the world. The greatest lesson of the heart is to love yourself. Love yourself as a divine expression of Source. Love yourself as the playful sexual being you are. When you truly love all that you are, you're home. That is enlightenment. There is no more separation, there is only bliss. This is your ecstatic birthright.

Kundalini and Chakras

In Crown Mysteries, sexual energy is used as the ignition for firing the Kundalini force, the body's life-energy system, merging it/you with universal energy. In Crown Mysteries, sex is used as the Cosmic union of the male/female polarity to create the potential that connects with the primordial energy from which everything in the universe arises. By channeling the sexual energies through the various chakras, you can reach levels of ecstasy, states of merging and fusion with the Divine that are enormously powerful, and are the perfect energizer of the Crown Mysteries process. As we become more and more proficient at moving the orgasmic Kundalini energy through our bodies, we cleanse more completely and flow with the ecstasy of our divine nature and the love of the universe.

Chakras are the energy vortexes that are at the heart of your being. They connect you to your soul energy and serve to energize you at all levels. The chakras all work together but each is responsible for different aspects of the self. When one or more chakras are congested due to trauma of some sort, energy congeals or congests and that particular chakra is diminished in its ability to do its job. This also impacts the energy available to the other chakras. This can lead to physical as well as psychological illness. Although we tend to think of these energies as subtle, they are actually very powerful. It is our awareness of them that is subtle.

The orgasmic Kundalini energy will cleanse and activate our charkas naturally as we move into a more and more natural relationship with and use of our sexuality in all it’s various octaves of creativity. But we’ll just take a few moments to enhance and deepen the process here by using a Kundalini cleansing and activation process designed and guided by the Holy Spirit.

We begin by asking the Holy Spirit to join us in this exercise. What happens during this exercise is that pure, spiritual white light will activate your charkas and dissolve any blockages that may be present in any of your charkas. The Holy Spirit controls the flow of the white light and all its effects. All you do is watch as pure awareness with an attitude of openness, receptivity and gratitude. Don’t try to control or make anything happen, leave that all to the Holy Spirit. Be grateful for what you experience. It will be very subtle – and like the atonement itself, the more gentle it is, the more powerful it will prove itself to be. You need do nothing. Just watch and be grateful. You may be aware of the blockages dissolving in the form of negative feelings floating up and away. Stay centered as pure awareness and simply watch the feelings float up and away. Rest assured the Holy Spirit will at one and the same time insure your safety and maximize the opportunity for you to benefit from the process.

Chakra Seven, the Crown Chakra, relates to pure awareness and bliss. So, as pure awareness, watch as Holy Spirit sends pure white light in through the top of your head. See your crown chakra opening and watch as the white light enters it and slowly spirals down through your spine

Chakra Six, the third eye chakra, relates to spiritual vision and intuition. Watch as the white light opens your third eye chakra and flows into it.

Chakra Five, the throat chakra, is related to communication, resonance and creativity. Watch the white light moves down and through your throat chakra. Speak, chant or sing if you feel like doing so.

Chakra Four, the heart chakra, is related to love, compassion and the integration of male and female dynamics. Watch the white light enter your heart chakra. You may feel love and compassion.

Chakra Three, the solar plexus or power chakra, relates to energy, effectiveness and spontaneity. Watch the whte light enter your solar plexus chakra. Simply be aware of what happens with neutral, grateful attention.

Chakra Two, the sexuality chakra, relates to sexual fulfillment, desire, fluidity and grace. Watch the white light enter your sexual chakra. Observe whatever happens with equanimity and peace.

Chakra One, the root chakra, relates to foundation, survival, grounding, dynamic presence and is also the seat of your Kundalini energy. Watch the white light enter your Root chakra. Watch as it dissolves blockages, and then watch as it begins to activate your kundalini energy. Stay centered in the stillness of pure awareness. In a moment, you will feel the kundalini energy suddenly emerge from your Root Chakra and spiral up through the base of your spine as if it were a coiled snake, opening, activating, resonating and harmonizing all your charkas and bringing you to higher levels of consciousness. Allow the energy to flow through your charkas. You may see your charkas as rotating energy wheels. Be still and watch. We’ll take a few minutes to allow the process to complete itself. Thank the Holy Spirit for Guiding the process.

Let There Be, And there is

God creates by the declaration of masculine/feminine dynamics. In the biblical story of creation, Mother/Father God declares with masculine potency “Let there Be Light,” and then follows with a phrase reflecting feminine receptivity “And there is Light.” “Let there be” is the masculine dynamic, “and There Is” is the feminine dynamic.

With this process you create the same way God created the universe, and with just as much power. It may not seem to have such power because it’s so simple and unimpressive, but you see, contrary to popular opinion, God is not a drama queen; T-14.IX.3.2 The Atonement is so gentle you need but whisper to it, and all its power will rush to your assistance and support. The Godfather spoke very quietly.

And, also, be careful not to use this to create material wealth, social status, worldly success, domination, competitive victory, interpersonal manipulation, fame, superiority, political power, excessive indulgence, intimidation, self assertion, pride, conceit, personal glorification, self satisfaction, self aggrandizement, victory and similar duality-dream phenomenon. If you do, salvation will still eventually be yours, but not without getting further mired in the dark pit of materiality for an unnecessary period of time.

Ok, now, summon, activate and feel divine potency of your masculine being and declare, “Let there be wisdom,” and then, dilate, activate and feel the receptivity of your feminine awareness, and whisper, “And there is Wisdom.”

Now just rest in stillness for a while.

T-28.I.13 4 The trumpets of eternity resound throughout the stillness, yet disturb it not.

You have fused your spiritually masculine beingness and your spiritually feminine awareness back into their primordial oneness, and in that climax of oneness you have spiritually inseminated and been spiritually impregnated with what will now be the gestation and manifestation of the non-dimensional, spiritual attribute of Truth called Wisdom, and you and your world will now be filled with Wisdom, you’ll be the presence of wisdom, and you’ll see the presence of wisdom..

You have made an attribute of Truth a living reality, you have evoked an attribute of the real world, and you will find yourself blessed with a greater perception of the Happy Dream, and hence become that much closer to your full Awakening.

Moving deeper into ecstasy

Crown Mysteries is all about ecstasy. Ecstasy is intense joy, delight, and elated bliss. Crown Mysteries never makes Orgasm a goal, but always welcomes it when it manifests. In today's world we are too bound to goals and expectations which cause performance anxiety in both women and men. Crown Mysteries says, be in the moment, enjoy perception to the fullest. Allow the subtle energies of the body and the cosmos to trigger the states of bliss and ecstasy.

We are all connected, energetically. Through Crown Mysteries practice, you can feel this connection every time you allow sexual, orgasmic, Kundalini energy to flood your body. Through repeated practice it becomes very easy to feel connected with everything that is and with your lover as well.

Crown Mysteries believes that every aspect of creation is sacred. Crown Mysteries says be conscious, be aware, love everything as a divine, sacred being.

When listening to the ocean, or listening to the thundering of the clouds, or listening to the rain falling heavily, just put your ego aside, because there is no need for it ... The ocean is not going to attack you, the rain is not going to attack you, the trees are not going to attack you – there is no need of any defense. So open up to being vulnerable to life and soon it will become the way you live all the time. Let go of the ego’s constriction and defense in favor of the heart’s dilation and merge.

And let’s be clear about something. Even though the ego consists of an attack on God, the ego doesn’t actually exist, because the separation never happened, and hence no attack ever took place. To believe anything else is to give the appearance of reality to an ego that owes its appearance on such a belief. The ego turns the Course into a hall of mirrors that dupes you into thinking the ego is real, and then gloats at having turned a gift of freedom into another device for enslavement. Look how the ego twisted the Bible to serve its purposes. It’s doing the same thing with ACIM to the extent it has you convinced the ego is too real to collapse at the mere brush of disregard. There is nothing so easy to recognize as Truth. In that light, ask yourself, what does it actually take to vanquish something that doesn’t exist in the first place.

Seeing with God’s Eyes

Since God is all there is, there is never any legitimate occasion to say no to anything. One thing that accompanies mounting the throne of your divinity is seeing with God’s eyes, seeing as God sees, seeing with eyes too pure to behold iniquity. God doesn’t have any erroneous beliefs and so God doesn’t have any erroneous perceptions. CM insists that you take that radical stand, because not doing so is to defecate on God’s throne; keep that image in mind and you’ll be less likely to fail in your vigilance.

God sees all as perfect because that’s the truth and God, unlike ourselves, isn’t so stupid as to believe that not truth is true. Realize that since all there can be is God, there is never any legitimate reason to say no to anything. Keep it simple. Simplicity is of God.

Complexity is of the ego. Simply say yes to everything. Accept and welcome everything. You can’t go wrong because God is all there is. If an erroneous belief is involved, it will evaporate. Error can’t survive love, and welcoming acceptance is a form of love.

Crown Mysteries says Love unconditionally, and everything either resonates or evaporates. Simply say yes. No disappears; from your very being no disappears. Does light say no to darkness? T-3.IV.6 Light abolishes darkness merely by showing you it is not there. Truth will always overcome error in this way. When there is no no, how can you struggle? You simply float. You simply merge and melt.

Fear/aggression is replaced with Dilation and merge. You become one. The boundaries are there no more. No creates the boundary. No is the boundary around you. Whenever you say no, something closes in. Whenever you say yes, your being opens. Nobody has ever reached to the Divine by saying no to anything.

You can judge and resist and deny and correct all you like, but the more you resist, the more it will persist. But if you accept, it will either resonate or evaporate. Because love is truth, error evaporates in its presence just like darkness evaporates in the presence of light. Truth doesn’t destroy it, truth doesn’t cause it to evaporate, Truth doesn’t nuke it out of existence. Truth is just truth, and error evaporates because Truth reveals that it’s just not there. T-14.II.3The Holy Spirit says, with steadfast quietness, The truth is true. Nothing else matters, nothing else is real, and everything beside it is not there.

Crown Mysteries says a transformation is possible, but not destruction. And a transformation comes when you accept your total being. Then suddenly everything falls in line, then everything takes its own place. Then without trying to cut anything out of your being, your whole being rearranges itself. If you accept and say yes, a rearrangement happens, and whereas before there was a noisy clamor inside, now a melody, a music is born, a harmony comes in, and you become part of the cosmic symphony.

Accept, and, by and by, you will feel the more you accept, the less is there desire. If you accept, how can you desire? Whatsoever the case is in this moment, you accept it. Then there is no movement for anything else. You live it moment to moment in deep acceptance. You grow without there being any goal, without there being any desire to go somewhere and be something else or somebody else.

Crown Mysteries says, "Be yourself" -- and that is the only being you can achieve ever. With acceptance desires fall. With acceptance, a desirelessness comes into being by itself. You don't practice it, you don't force it upon yourself. You don't cut your ego desires -- just by accepting, they disappear, they evaporate.
