Holy Spirit Inspired Group Dynamics II

(This is not a transcript, just notes for the session)

W-pI.136.15 I will accept the Truth of what I am, and let my mind be wholly healed today =

If I accept the Truth of what I am, my mind will be wholly healed today.

God does not tease, taunt or torture us

T-2.I.3. 3 You do not have to continue to believe what is not true unless you choose to do so. 4 All that can literally disappear in the twinkling of an eye because it is merely a misperception.

W-pI.95.10. Let all errors go by recognizing them for what they are. 2 They are attempts to keep you unaware you are one Self, united with your Creator, at one with every aspect of creation, and limitless in power and in peace. 3 This is the truth, and nothing else is true. 4 Today we will affirm this truth again, and try to reach the place in you in which there is no doubt that only this is true.

T-15.I.14. How long is an instant? 4 As long as it takes to exchange hell for Heaven. 5 Long enough to transcend all of the ego's making, and ascend unto your Father.

T-15.I.2. One source of perceived discouragement from which you may suffer is your belief that this takes time, and that the results of the Holy Spirit's teaching are far in the future. 2 This is not so. 6 And all the waste that time seems to bring with it is due but to your identification (not enslavement, attachment, addiction) with the ego

W-252.1. My Self is holy beyond all the thoughts of holiness of which I now conceive. 2 Its shimmering and perfect purity is far more brilliant than is any light that I have ever looked upon. 3 Its love is limitless, with an intensity that holds all things within it, in the calm of quiet certainty. 4 Its strength comes not from burning impulses which move the world, but from the boundless Love of God Himself. 5 How far beyond this world my Self must be, and yet how near to me and close to God!

W-287.1. 4 What treasure would I seek and find and keep that can compare with my Identity?

W-191.5. 3 For he who can accept his true Identity is truly saved.

W-152.3. Salvation is the recognition that the truth is true, and nothing else is true.  = all = entire, total, complete, etc

W-224.1. My true Identity is so secure, so lofty, sinless, glorious and great, wholly beneficent and free from guilt, that Heaven looks to It to give itself light. 5 This is reality, and only this. 6 This is illusion's end. 7 It is the truth.

Feel your self.   That self that you feel is who you believe you are.  . Now notice that you have to be awareness itself in the first place before you can believe that you’re something else.    So awareness is what you actually are, not the self you believed you were.   So now accept awareness itself as your True Identity.  feel what it feels like to be awareness itself.   Be awareness aware of awareness.

Now notice that this awareness that you are has to be Truth because if truth were thought to be anything else there would have to be awareness in the first place to be aware of anything else.

Now realize that since awareness is Truth,

and since there is nothing else besides Truth,

then there is nothing else besides your awareness.

Realize that your  Identity as awareness is the truth that is all there is.

Realize that all you are ever aware of exists only as your awareness of it.

Say to yourself, my awareness is the substance of all reality, and all reality is the substance of God.

T-28.I.13 4 The trumpets of eternity resound throughout the stillness, yet disturb it not.

*******************************

T-7.XI.5. 7 Nothing is so easy to recognize as truth..

The more you realize how simple and easy it is to recognize Truth, the more illumined you you become.

T-14.in.1. 4 The Holy Spirit uses logic as easily and as well as does the ego, except that His conclusions are not insane. 5 They take a direction exactly opposite, pointing as clearly to Heaven as the ego points to darkness and to death. 8 Let us now follow the simple logic by which the Holy Spirit teaches the simple conclusions that speak for truth, and only truth.

T-14.II.2The Holy Spirit begins His lesson in simplicity with the fundamental teaching that truth is true.  This is the hardest lesson you will ever learn, and in the end the only one.

5 Let Me make the one distinction for you that you cannot make, but need to learn. 6 Your faith in nothing is deceiving you

W-pI.107.1 Where truth has entered errors disappear.  They merely vanish, leaving not a trace by which to be remembered.  They are gone because, without belief, they have no life.  And so they disappear to nothingness, returning whence they came.

T-14.IX.1.10 The past that you remember never was, and represents only the denial of what always was.

Truth is entirety, totality, completeness, perfection, harmony, oneness, love, absoluteness, infinity, illumination, wisdom, ecstasy, freedom, peace, joy, happiness, wonder, delight, curiosity, fulfillment, satisfaction, vision, awareness, kindness, abundance, innocence, holiness, intimacy, purity, omniscience, omnipotence, omnipresence, instantaneity and eternality.

Constant state of forgiveness.

Remember, my awareness is the substance of all reality, and all reality is the substance of God.  That leaves nothing to resist, avoid, deny, correct, negate, reject, hide, hide from, escape or overcome, but instead simply everything to love. T-3.II.3. 5 If nothing but the truth exists, right-minded seeing cannot see anything but perfection.  And if nothing but the Truth exists, there can’t be anything but right-minded seeing.

W-pII.1.4:1,4 Forgiveness is still, and quietly does nothing . . . It merely looks, and waits, and judges not.

Truth says Love unconditionally, and everything either resonates or evaporates.  Simply say yes. No disappears; from your very being no disappears. Does light say no to darkness? T-3.IV.6 Light abolishes darkness merely by showing you it is not there.  Truth will always overcome error in this way. When there is no no, how can you struggle?  You simply float. You simply merge and melt.  Fear/aggression is replaced with Dilation and merge.  You become one. The boundaries are there no more. No creates the boundary. No is the boundary around you. Whenever you say no, something closes in. Whenever you say yes, your being opens.  Nobody has ever reached to the Divine by saying no to anything.

You can judge and resist and deny and correct all you like, but the more you resist, the more it will persist.  But if you accept, it will either resonate or evaporate.  Because love is truth, error evaporates in its presence just like darkness evaporates in the presence of light.  Truth doesn’t destroy it, truth doesn’t cause it to evaporate, Truth doesn’t nuke it out of existence.  Truth is just truth, and error evaporates because it’s not there. T-14.II.3The Holy Spirit says, with steadfast quietness, The truth is true.  Nothing else matters, nothing else is real, and everything beside it is not there.

Joseph Chilton Pearce, the Magical Child

Truth says a transformation is possible, but not destruction. And a transformation comes when you accept your total being. Then suddenly everything falls in line, then everything takes its own place. Then without trying to cut anything out of your being, your whole being rearranges itself. If you accept and say yes, a rearrangement happens, and whereas before there was a noisy clamor inside, now a melody, a music is born, a harmony comes in, and you become part of the cosmic symphony.

One lives one's life, one goes through it: each shade of it has to be lived, and each taste of it has to be tasted.  A sage is one who has lived all of life, who has not denied anything, who has not called anything a sin, who has not judged or resisted anything, who has simply accepted whatsoever has happened, who has allowed it to happen; who has moved with every wave,

In the workbook we read, Forgiveness "is still, and quietly does nothing. . . It merely looks, and waits, and judges not" (W.pII.1.4:1,4).   No judgment.  It’s so simple.

Truth accepts everything, lives everything.  The greatest courage in the world is to accept all that life gives to you. This is what Truth helps you towards, to accept all that life gives you, and accept it in deep humility, as a gift.  Through experience one transcends.

Accept, and, by and by, you will feel the more you accept, the less is there desire. If you accept, how can desire stand there? Whatsoever the case is in this moment, you accept it. Then there is no movement for anything else. You live it moment to moment in deep acceptance. You grow without there being any goal, without there being any desire to go somewhere and be something else or somebody else.

Truth says, "Be yourself" -- and that is the only being you can achieve ever.  With acceptance desires fall. With acceptance, a desirelessness comes into being by itself. You don't practice it, you don't force it upon yourself. You don't cut your ego desires -- just by accepting, they disappear, they evaporate.

And when suddenly one moment happens that you accept totally and all desires have gone, there is a sudden enlightenment, an ecstasy better than sex. Suddenly, without doing anything on your part, it happens. That's the greatest gift this existence can give to you.

This is the True attitude towards life. There is no other life than this, and there is no other world than this.  God is all there is right here, not somewhere else.

Much Love,

Ben
